Review, prepare, instruct or advise on specific variation costs associated to the Main Contract, Sub-Contractors, Trades and Consultants against the original Scope of Works.

Extensions of time

Review the delays in line with the Contract to assess and produce an Extension of Time Letter for submission.

Valuations and certification

Visit site on your behalf to produce or review valuations.

Raise payment notices and advise a summary of costs received for each period.

Final accounting

Production and review of final accounts for Main Contract or Sub-Contract packages against the original scope including any variations.
